As of now once a customer has requested credit card payments, we are able to send the invoice within 4 hours of you placing your order. We Will reach out to the customer via email 3 times and give them 48 hours to complete the invoice.
Due to the amount of time it takes to reach out to the amount of people that we never hear back from, We will now be banning all non-responsive accounts from here on out. The number of fake emails and customers that never respond to the 3 emails we send out requesting payment and trying to provide updates is taking up a massive chunk of time for us that we just do not have the man power for. We would much rather focus on providing the best possible products and outcomes
for the amazing community we have been building for the last 3 years.

will be updating our terms and conditions and customers will have 48 hours to complete payment. In the email requests we send out a thank you and mention the above already but again we don't not have the manpower to chase customers down any longer.
After sending 3 requests over 48 hours if we do not hear back or receive payment the site
will now cancel the order and automatically banning the account user on our site and all media platforms.
Fake emails placing orders are banned immediately and reported as well.
Please keep an eye on your spam
folder and as mentioned in the 3rd and final payment request if more time is needed, we will be happy to extend the payment request up to 24 additional hours.
